All my coaching is done from a place of compassion for people who want to find the version of themselves who they can be happy with. I come from a diverse work background, and in all those instances I have enabled people to pursue the best versions of themselves. I coach through a holistic lens of Tao, Zen, and Eastern Philosophy, both as a practitioner and as a college professor.

I come from over 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within, sports entertainment, esports, and the arts.

Together we will workshop and discover where your core values lie and how you want to show up to work; focusing on identifying your career path based on the tasks that make you happy, not just the outcomes or titles.

01. I don’t know what I want to do.

All your life, you’ve been told that you can be and do anything you want, and then reality struck. You realized that many of the things you want to do, you’re no longer interested in doing, or you struggle to pick from the list of things to do. This is because you are not aligned with your internal core values. I will guide you to discover what those values are and how you can move towards a career that aligns with them.

02. The things that I want to do, don’t pay.

You’re creative, you’re spontaneous and you feel like you’re stuck in a capitalist hamster wheel that’s forcing you to work jobs that you don’t want. This is because you are thinking of your skills as a commodity in a traditional business exchange sense. I will work and ideate with you, creative avenues for you to express yourself and to earn a sustainable income.

03. I’m stuck in the corporate grind.

You seek opportunities based on the skills you have, because you’ve been told that the only way forward is up. You have to make a shift to break the pattern that you are stuck in. I will guide you to identify your core values and use them to make a shift in order to break that cycle.

04. I only have a handful of skills.

You’ve trapped yourself into thinking that your current skills are rigid and not exchangeable with other skills. Your skills are more than just a set of tools, they are ideas, and concepts that can be remapped into other skills. I will help you identify, where it is that you want to go.

05. I have imposter syndrome.

You and everybody else. This doubt that you have in yourself comes from a deeper place. Whether you want to discuss that place or not is up to you. My goal is to help see past that place by taking you out of your own head and showing you how others perceive your achievements. I will coach you through a series of exercises to talk to your true self confidently and with more pride.

06. I don’t want to network. It’s sleazy.

I agree. This is because as we’ve ventured deeper into capitalism, we’ve reduced human relationships down to an exchange of goods and services between people. Networking reduces us to a computer component, literally with the use of the word 'network'. What’s missing is the ‘human’ component. I will guide you to reframe what ‘networking’ means and how you can build human relationships instead that will yield personal and professional opportunities.

07. I get interviews, but not the job.

Congratulations! You should be proud of the value that you bring to others. You have all the tools that you need to succeed, but perhaps you are not doing a good enough job at selling those values. Most people treat interviews as if they are meetings to exchange information and this robotic interaction is where you get dehumanized to just a set of skills. I will guide you through interview prep exercises to humanize your interactions during job interviews, and to make the interviewer feel like you’re already part of the team.

08. I no longer love what I do.

We are human beings and our personal values change over time as we grow. We develop new ideals and shed old beliefs. This is natural and we all grow through it. A realignment is needed in bridging the gap of your new values and the type of career that you can engage in. Together we can workshop in digging into your new world view and identifying pathways towards a new career.

09. I hate self marketing on social media.

At some point in the past 15 years we switched our language and replaced our ‘personality’ with ‘personal branding’. You hate it, rightfully so, because you are not an object to be branded and sold. You are a human being with value to give to the world. I will guide you to reframe your mindset away from ‘self promotion’ and towards expressing yourself in genuine ways that authentically represents who you are. This transition makes it less about ‘self marketing’ and more about ‘self expression’ with the same effect of drawing people to your cause.

010. What’s the point? AI is taking over.

For the most part, I can agree, but that doesn’t mean that you have nothing of value to offer to the world. In fact, the AI takeover idea can be liberating for you to think about how you truly want to engage with your time and what you want to bring into this world. You’d be surprised to learn that most people only think about careers in a linear fashion, thinking about how they can make themselves fit into a corporate system. However, the looming idea of an AI takeover, can and should set your mind free from that corporate obligation. I will guide you, and together we will dig and discover all the amazing things you can offer the world and how to make it a business.

Relax. Take note of all your challenges and needs for finding a career that you desire. List everything: interview challenges, business networking, writing cover letters, building effective resumes / portfolios.

Free Meeting

Then we will meet for a free 1 hour discovery workshop where we'll dedicate time to review your history and outline your future goals, needs and wants.

Pick and Execute

Then we'll develop an actionable plan with milestones to get you to your goals. We'll also coordinate followup sessions, to ensure that you are on track.
